I ship all over the world. Shipping is free anywhere in the USA! Woohoo! International shipping has a flat rate of $8 USD, no matter where you live.
In almost all cases, within the United States I use USPS Priority Mail to send orders, which usually takes 1-3 days to arrive from the day I ship. If you live in or close to the state of Vermont I use First Class mail because it takes the same amount of time to arrive. All international orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail. Once you order a piece, it takes approximately 10 days for me to make it and ship it. This is not an exact science :-) I am a one-woman-show and I make each and every piece by hand. Between preparing for shows, filling orders, preparing pieces for galleries, having sick kids home from school, you name it, I want to be realistic with you about how long it might take for me to make and send out your order. If you need a piece urgently I am often able to make that a priority and get it to you in time. Please contact me if this is the case and I will make every effort to get you what you need on time.
Returns and Exchanges
I want you to feel good about your new jewelry. I will accept returns on all my pieces of jewelry, except custom work, in their original condition within seven days of being delivered. In the case of gifts, I will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. I will refund the buyer in the original form of payment, less shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. - Once I receive the item that is being returned I will refund your original form of payment, minus shipping costs, within 3 business days.
- Customer will be responsible for return shipping.

Unless there is an issue of quality, I do not accept returns on custom work, as I put in many hours of work for each piece and cannot resell it. If, for some reason, there is a defect, please let me know and I will do my best to remedy it.
